Alex Lauren Smith's New Book 'Adelyn's Dreams' is an Inspiring Children's Tale That Begs the All Important Question, 'What Will You Be When You Grow Up?'

Alex Lauren Smith, a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and former Miss Oklahoma USA, has completed her most recent book “Adelyn's Dreams”:  a rollicking and rhyming story for children that explores optional vocations of one imaginative little girl.

Ms. Smith shares that during her time as Miss Oklahoma USA, her mission was to, “encourage children to reach their fullest potential and never give up on their dreams. While pursuing this purpose, 'Adelyn’s Dreams' was written.”

Published by Fulton Books, Alex Lauren Smith’s book begins when young Adelyn Hartley returns to school excited to learn. Mrs. Smith, the teacher, questions the class about what they will grow up and be. Through a series of dreams, Adelyn imagines what she will be. Will she be a dancer or a doctor? A soccer player or a pilot?

Adelyn’s Dreams is a children’s rhyming book that was written to inspire young girls and boys that if they dream big and never give up they can grow to be anything they want to be!

Readers who wish to experience this playful and creative work can purchase “Adelyn's Dreams” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
